Please note that this document is a single-entry permit. As a temporary import permit, the vessel requires clearance upon the private yacht’s departure from Indonesian waters. To obtain vessel declaration, the private yacht must enter into and exit from Indonesia at the specific port outlined in the attached map. Please be advised that government of Indonesia may anytime change the list of port of entry and exit for this declaration process.
