Vessels Declaration download map here Vessel Declaration is a form of simplified “temporary import” permit where a visiting private yacht may stay and explore Indonesia for maximum 3 years per visit. Please note that this document is a single-entry permit. As a temporary import permit, the vessel requires clearance upon the private yacht’s departure from Indonesian waters. To obtain vessel declaration, the private yacht must enter into and exit from Indonesia at the specific port outlined in the attached map. Please be advised that government of Indonesia may anytime change the list of port of entry and exit for this declaration process. To make sure you have the updated information, please contact our team for your arrival arrangements. Important notes: Crew list and guest list shall be submitted for the vessel declaration process and the yacht must not carry any individuals not included in these lists. In the event of crew changes, master rotation or additional passengers joining after arrival, please ensure prompt inclusion in the submitted lists. Restriction : The Vessel Declaration is designed for Private Yacht visiting Indonesia therefore it is not allowed for commercial operations. VISAS Citizens of most foreign countries are entitled to get Tourist Visa on Arrival for 30 (thirty) days with the cost of USD 35.00 per person and extendable once for another 30 (thirty) days. In 2022, government of Indonesia has added 12 countries in the list, so totally citizens of 72 countries are eligible for Visa on Arrival. Please note that the Indonesian Government may add or reduce the list of the countries and perhaps for those superyachts that would stay longer than 60 days, please contact our team to get the latest update regarding visa status.
